Researching Gen Z in 2020

Gen Z includes anyone born between 1995 and 2015, todays 5 to 25 year olds: and their numbers are growing rapidly.

They are digital natives so they don’t know life without smartphones and they live a hyper connected life.  

They are one of the most important cohorts of consumers in the leisure and education sectors, and they are entering the workplace in growing numbers. 

They are quite different from Millennials: they are more conservative when it comes to money, and they see themselves as activists who can make a difference.
