In addition to our general food and health research services we offer a specialist Food & Sensory Evaluation Panel service for retailers, food manufacturers, academic researchers and others interested in understanding the tastes and preferences of Irish consumers (and not just food: cosmetics, homecare products and more besides).
We have worked with major state agencies and universities on creating, operating and maintaining sensory panels (comprising up to 50 panellists) covering topics such as:
recruitment of targeted participants
motivation, reward and retention activities to keep panellists engaged
replenishing and expanding the panel over time
supporting analysis of research activities using the panel
engaging panellists in supplementary research (qual and quant)
We have the capacity to build and maintain specialist food and sensory evaluation panels throughout Ireland across all demographic groups.
