WFH and the future of the office


Hundreds of thousands of Irish office workers (and others) are working from home at the moment. The biggest challenge facing business owners and HR managers in the weeks and months ahead will be to plan for the return of staff to the workplace, allowing for the fact that many will be reluctant to return.

We recently surveyed 500 employees currently working from home because of coronavirus to see how they felt about 'the journey back to normal' in terms of the post-covid workplace.  The results are presented in our report below, they make for sobering reading for HR managers, commercial property investors and anyone wishing they could all go back to the way things were just a few months ago:
