Some categories have not just returned to their previous peak, they are well ahead in terms of current expenditure (not adjusting for inflation).
Others haven't done so well, and are even further behind when total spending is adjusted for the fact that the population is 7% larger than in 2007, as shown by their relation to the dotted line (=100% of 2007 levels):

Our latest Economic Recovery Index for April is just out, including a look at housing sentiment....
That’s according to the Garda’s Public Attitudes Survey 2016 which is published today. It identified a 2% increase in the number of respondents reporting ‘mid’ to ‘high’ levels of trust in the Garda from 86% in 2015 to 88% in 2016.
