Brexit & Customer Experience

Maybe it's another unforeseen consequence of Brexit, but it seems that customer experience in the UK is getting worse rather than better.

In fact, the average score in Ireland is now higher than the British score, though both Ireland and the UK have some way to go until they close the gap with the USA:
