Paul McGurran has over 18 years experience in eCommerce working in both national and international markets. He is author of “Corporate Web Strategies in Europe” which involved interviews with among others Tesco, Sainsburys and Otto Versand. As eCommerce Manager at Cashs Mail Order he was responsible for growing online revenues in the North American market for Irish giftware. At Smyth Toys Paul worked with a team on Web2Store and eCommerce in the UK & Irish markets. In 2012 Paul founded Optiflow eCommerce to work with B2C Irihs online retailers and B2B online stores. He has advised Burren Smokehouse,, Johnstown Garden Centre, Inish Pharmacy, Meadows & Byrne, Nourish, Glanbia, McMahon Building Providers and Caulfield Industrial. 

Paul has recently partnered with Amárach Research to offer Usability (UX) and Customer Experience (CX) services with a special focus on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO). The team are particularly interested in working with ambitious senior management who are interested in Cross-Border eCommerce and in expanding into international online markets.
